I brought a suitcase from this awful place and after using it 3 times the wheel broke, they said I’ve crushed the wheel and they won’t refund or exchange, I wouldn’t recommend ever going here if I could I would give zero star rating

Took my disabled partner to look at handbags for her shop, we were invited in and when set off up a row an elderly man stated that they were wholesale only, he said he would prefer it if we left, no probs we will spend her thousand elsewhere.
