Absolutely love my Kitchen! Thank you so much. The designer helped me get my dream kitchen and the quality is amazing. The service I recieved has been excellent. The new store manager is lovely and ave us excellent service throughout I would recommend this store.

Not a lot of variety in the range of kitchen, but quality looks good, and the price reflects this. Very friendly staff at the Loughton branch.

The service received from Magnet Loughton has been far from good. Initial design Consultant was helpful and we were confident in the service provided at the early stages. During the process this staff member left and it seems what we thought we had ordered was not what was delivered. Incorrect products delivered, faulty microwave delivered. This took weeks to rectify and extra expense not budget for.At one stage, we had the area manager round to view a poorly fitting units houseinf appliances, no solution was offered except cut off a bottom of a unit and stick it on.To be fair- we wanted to order additional units for our utility room and the manager Adam helped with this in a timely manner. Designer sunny kindly tried to help where other staff left but due to needing sign off and not having all history was help he could provide was limited. Area manager, rob and manager Adam repeatedly ignored emails and calls again and again. Refunds were not issued when due, dragging this experience out for all involved.Kitchen is fine. Whole experience was stressful, infuriating and disappointing . Not what expected when paying so much for a kitchen.

Awesome kitchens that are fabulously designed and built to last. The staff at Loughton were welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped me plan a well thought out kitchen, adding value and professional design tips and advice. Overall a great experience.

Like the prior review our kitchen designer left mid way (Kestas). They told us that we could knock down a wall and we designed a whole kitchen around it. Come installation - we weren’t able to. So we had to redesign last minute and hope for the best… it wasn’t the kitchen we wanted. We had to refund a lot of parts and I had to run through line by line as magnet kept trying to overcharge us. The whole experience was very disappointing…

Quite a pleasant experience at Magnet. The range of units is wide to fit diverse budgets. The colours of the unit are quite good. The customer service was friendly and very accommodating. You need to pay a deposit to obtain a paper quote and design but it gives you a good visual representation of what the kitchen would look like. Overall, happy with the service so far.

I notice none of the reviews that have been left are by actual customers who have been through the entire kitchen installation process with Magnet.I would say, possibly unfounded that these stores are franchises after the experience my mother has just been through.Three months to get a fully installed and finished kitchen, doors missing, a tap plumbed around the wrong way, and we still have dangerous electrical work that has not been rectified.Our kitchen planner for the job (Ras) left part way through so could not be consulted when a wrong items were ordered and not delivered.Be wary of taking out the kitchen installation because the fitters are not employed by Magnet and apparently the installation price does not cover new lighting, plaster or paint on the walls of your new kitchen and you’ll end up paying double the price quoted because you want the whole experience over with and these people to vacate your house. I won’t say what we paid for this new kitchen but think around the same price to buy a new BMW 1 series and you’ll be in the right ballpark. Nightmare from beginning to end. My advice go for a small family run company and then if you have issues you’re dealing with just a few people. These big companies with the flashy slogans are more trouble than the end result.

Wonderful service! Fast, reliable and accurate. Kevin (manager) and Kerskis are highly profesional people. Good quality furniture, prices could be lower... otherwise I’m really pleased!

Went in for a design meeting, wasn’t really a design meeting. Was just a bit of an informal chat, wasn’t even offered a seat. The guy (Adam Killen) came round to measure my kitchen to then send something over, and then haven’t heard anything since! Very poor service
