Amazing customer service by Paul at Harlow showroom ,who was very patient and spent time showing us all the tiles .By far the best available tiles. Visited couple of other stores but Pentagon tiles showroom was very welcoming ,highly recommend and they have a customer for Life now !!

A tile showroom specialising in designer tiling.Contains a decent selection of lovely large tiles aimed at architecture style builds as well as a pretty decent colour selection of standard tiles.Has a decent variety of products and some are quite stunning, so it's worth combining it with a visit to a standard retailer if you're looking for that extra wow factor.Staff were knowledgeable and helpful and there's plenty of display to give you ideas. We even got to take samples home for free.

Dealing with Pentagon was a real nightmare, even though they have a great selection of tiles and worktops. They demand that you pay 100% upfront so that they are under no obligation to remedy an issue on the day of or post installation. I found the staff to be rude, unresponsive and lacking attention to detail - nobody seems to read their e-mails properly and then take no responsibility when mistakes are made. Disappointing.

Great service, friendly staff, wide selection if tiles of great quality and all additional materials for the tiling can be purchased in the same place. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Pentagon a few times now went in for some help about tiles we brought off them 12 years ago they had stop selling some time ago but went out of there way to find some odd sizes that match our colour. Then wouldn’t take anything for them.Thanks Again.

Great displays and very large porcelain tiles available. Helpful staff and free coffee. We'll worth a visit if you are considering tiling a bathroom or kitchen

The quality of the tiles are very good and it's a lovely shop.My issue is on point of purchase I made a point of saying we had bought the tiles well in advance and when works, werecomplete by the builder could the full unused undamaged boxes be returned.I was told yes no problem.But I am now told its a 3 week return.!!

We used Pentagon Tiles in Harlow for our kitchen so they were our go to provider when we recently refurbished our bathroom.We were very disappointed with the condition of the Petal Navy tiles - they were very poorly packed and covered in dust. On laying, the tiles have lots of faded areas meaning the continuity of the blue pattern is broke and the whiteness varies on the tiles too. We expressed our concerns that we had been handed a batch of previously opened / rejected tiles - this was ignored by the office despite our following it up. All they said was that we had not ordered in full boxes and therefore there would be some outside a box and that the warehouse have picked all from the same batch which is standard practice" - I noted that none of the boxes were intact

Tiles were of good quality so can’t fault the manufacturing, however due to COVID-19 I was unable to return items within the 2 week period because of self isolation. When I phoned to arrange a return I was told I had missed the 2 week period which could only be extended to 3 weeks. In a time of ‘all in this together’ and people fearing for their safety being in contact with others I feel this is very poor for the companies loyalty to it’s consumers.

Amazing customer service, especially the man who helped me today, when I turned up after the store had closed for collection as hadn’t realised they closed at 4pm on a Friday and he was so kind to unlock the store and load up my car. Thank you! They have a great selection of beautiful tiles at good prices. I’d highly recommend Pentagon!
