Memory Foam Warehouse Wakefield

Bought a £120 memory topper from them and it's not really memory foam. It doesn't react to heat or even weight, and it's a very hard piece of foam and not what you call memory foam at all.I left a review on a well-known review website and they got it removed, they didn't respond to any emails, despite asking me them to email them. This tells you exactly how trustworthy this company is. Please consider buying from any company that filters reviews.

Very happy with the service I received today. Anthony made me a rock and roll bed for my 1971 VW camper and I have to say the care and attention to detail this lad put in was inspiring. He spent almost 2 hours ensuring everything fit perfectly. Very well done.

Amazing service, can’t fault product. Was able to pick up next day. Billy and his lads was more then helpful with the early morning pick ups. 100% recommend and will be coming again

I purchased a bed and mattress from this company in 2018. it was a an expensive mattress but I was very happy with it. however it has now been 3 years since owning it and it is clearly defective. there 10 year warranty isn't worth the paper its wrote on as they state it isn't defective and wont replace. even though 3 years in I would be covering part of the cost myself! I'm really not happy with this the mattress is 3 years old and only been used for 18 months of that, its really not acceptable.

we've used MFW before and always had great experiences, recently bought a 4G Pedic Memory foam Matteress which arrived promptly, unfortunately it was classed as Medium but was far too hard for our liking, under the 100 night trial (after 4 nights) we exchanged it for a softer mattress which is superb, this also arrived promptly. great service all round.

Outstanding sales and aftersales. It's rare that I'm keen to give 6 stars but this would be a case in point. We had a really prompt delivery and after we encountered a problem that had nothing to do with either the company or the product quality, we had the swiftest and friendliest service with no hesitation to correct the problem. That said I have dealt with a few companies in this part of the country in recent months and they have all been the same genuine and lovely people, it seems a really nice part of the country. I have noticed some poor reviews related mainly to issues with availability but that is a problem faced with so many suppliers in these COVID & post BREXIT times.

Website urged potential buyers to try mattresses first. So went there to do so only to find that two of the mattresses I wanted to try were not available. So thought i'd buy two pillows. But they only had one on the entire site, I was told! Phoned when I got home having decided to order pillows but couldn't get through. Finally emailed to explain my disappointment and say that it all seemed a bit shambolic. Not the most inspiring experience. Got a mattress - and pillows - elsewhere in the end!

Fed up of the awful customer service here. I've been a customer since 2009 and things have gone from bad to worse.All started off well but over the years their communication has gone so downhill and whenever I call up they're desperate to get off the phone. Ordered 3 doubles and 6 pillows last month and had to chase that up.Now I'm currently awaiting delivery of my super king mattress ordered on March 15th.I can accept delays happen during production but the lack of desire to tell me what's going on is appalling. I've had to call so many times to find out why it hasn't arrived as I've not had an update. I'm promised call backs which don't happen, I'm told different information every time.Today I emailed to ask if it would still be arriving this week (like I was told the week before) and got a one line response saying Yes it is".Unfortunately my powers of clairvoyance are no longer with me so how about telling me WHEN it will arrive! When should I expect further info? How about an apology?Really fed up. You had every chance MFW. Your products are good but you have really let me down too many times now."

I bought a small single mattress and the customer service was exceptionally good. I must say you should not try to phone them as the lines are always very busy - but email and they reply the same day.Jade from the Customer Service team was very good ensuring the delivery was on time, providing shipping details and even when the cover of the mattress had a minor defect, she quickly shipped a replacement at no extra cost.Very good company - and the best is we are supporting British Business! - instead of going to Amazon or Ebay and buying cheap Chinese products.
