The Whickham team was very friendly, attentive and professional. We had everything with the Your Move team that we hadn’t had with a (then) Whickham-based competitor. Notwithstanding a couple of road bumps that we encountered outside of Your Move’s control, we remained steadfast and progressed the sale to a relatively quick completion. All-in-all, a great experience and a pleasure to be the client of a team that actually cares, and which takes time to understand the specific circumstances of both sellers and buyers. Simply brilliant. Everyone in the office was incredible in finding a Tennant and helping me through the process of becoming a landlord. A special mention for Denise who kept me informed every step of the way and was constantly booking in viewings but also mindful of when I wouldn't be available due to work. The process was simple and well priced- especially for such a high level of service. I wouldn't be going anywhere else for selling/buying/renting property in the future.
