SUSU Lettings
My first time using an agent to find tenants for my houses.Gracie found groups for 2 of the houses and helped fill rooms in a third.Charges are reasonable and communication good.I will use SUSU lettings again this year.

We didn't rent through SUSU this year. But were left very impressed by their conscientious desire to support us during February 2018 this year. We were on-board their mini-bus for multiple house viewings in the highfield/portswood areas & were delighted to be shown 4-5 houses in the space of 60mins.I recommend the susu-agent called Azam Bajar; he was very kind/informative throughout, despite having 15 of us in the back of the bus!!! We decided not to rent through SUSU this year, but will definitely be viewing through them again with my housemates for next year!

SUSU Lettings
SUSU provides an excellent service all round for both students and landlords. Gracie gets things done quickly and efficiently and is a lovely, bubbly, genuinely helpful person. Gracie is by far the best letting agent I have ever dealt with as a landlord - professional, caring, great value for money and knows her market. My students all rate her highly and say they wouldn’t use anyone else now that they’ve rented through SUSU. Keep up the good work - there’s no other letting agent for me!

I rented a flat with Bajar Estates through SUSU Lettings and everything was great. All the issues that I had in the flat were resolved really fast, there was no unpleasant surprises. The flat itself is close to the university, it's clean and cosy - exactly as it was advertised, so I'm glad I chose it. I can definitely recommend the agency!

We had a really positive experience with SUSU Lettings, who were accommodating of our needs as healthcare students and speedy with replies. We felt safer knowing that they are part of the student's union and could support us if major issues arose with our landlords - thankfully our place has been really lovely and we've had a positive experience with the landlords.

I completely trust the staff at SUSU lettings to do act fairly and responsibly, both for me as a landlord and for my tenants.Having had some dreadful experiences with estate agents in the past this is perhaps the highest praise I can give.Their rates are extremely fair, staff are always friendly, efficient & professional whole providing a great service.I would never consider working with anyone else.

SUSU lettings have a friendly and “can do” attitude. Nothing was too much problem. They undertook all the viewings and they found very good tenants for my houses within a very short time.I am very happy with the service and will continue to use SUSU lettings for all my student properties.

We have been renting with SUSU lettings for a year and are continuing the tenancy into the next academic year. Any issues have been sorted very quickly and by friendly, professional staff. Overall a good experience and we are so happy we chose to rent with SUSU lettings! I would definitely recommend.

As a student who needed to move into a rented accommodation quickly, the SUSU lettings did a fantastic job that was very swift and professional. Communication was good, and the process was very straight forward.
