Well I gave them 5 star because I have used them in the past.The small team of Technicians are super knowledgeable and can fix most things pretty quickly and efficiently.I called them couple of weeks ago but I did not call them again as initial phone call from ME was on a weekend; and I was remiss in calling them back but gad sorted My cell phone out by then.However I have used them to sort out My laptop in the past and they were excellent and inexpensive.I would recommend them .They offer a great service with a smile.
