NEW KEY PAIRING TO CARBen at Listers in Worcester was brilliant. He was fully prepared for us on arrival. We were seated in a very comfortable area with access to a very nice coffee machine. Ben was friendly and communicative throughout our time there. He said it would take about an hour to complete the two cars we brought and the timings were spot on. Well done Ben. Would defo use Listers Worcester again.

This was my first visit (first oil service) after purchasing my Tarraco and I hoped that my initial impression from a past test drive in 2021 were continued.I was pleased to see that Listers SEAT Worcester still has a friendly air about it.All of the staff that I had contact with were friendly, efficient and made me feel that although I could probably find a closer dealership,I may not get this level of customer focus.Keep it up and I hope that it continues for all of my future visits.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was Dan on the Service Desk who kept me updated with workshop progress at regular intervals.Charlie, the technician allotted to my job, was most patient and understanding and despite various problems in sourcing the cause of the tailgate locking issue stuck with it and even brought the car out afterwards to explain his findings and demonstrate the full operation of the locking system.I think we all learnt that the tailgate locking system on some Atecas, including mine, is unusual !
