Wow. What can I say? Tasty fresh meals with a different take. There is something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. Nutritionally balanced, great if you are looking for meal prep or just a good home cooked meal when you’re running short of time. Highly recommended.

Unreal taste, service & macronutrient content from Rich Meals. The meals I have consumed so far have been 10/10! Highly recommend the steak wraps & zinger burgers. Convenient, healthy meals, which are perfect for any time strapped individual.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the food I have tried from Rich Meals. The chicken wings and spicy rice were delicious. The protein pancakes were also very nice. I’m look forward to trying more from the Rich Meals menu.

Absolutely delicious jerk chicken and rice. Gorgeous salsa. Bursting with flavour. I could eat this all day, everyday. Thank you so much Rich. Customer service is phenomenal too. Highly recommend.
