A very unique space that was great for our team. The staff are lovely, extremely accommodating and go the extra mile in creating a friendly working community!

Very nice location for offices.Only available for digital businesses and then you have to be rich to have these. Car parking space is extra to what you pay and the smallest office in the building is very expensive. Add on £25 +VAT PCM any that have direct outside windows.Pity its so expensive especially as there are no in house cafe or anything yet. You have access to a shared kitchen thats it.Impressed with the building but not with the cost especially as the council funded it and when it flops its more taxpayers money down the drain.

Brilliant space to work. I booked the boardroom on the 3rd floor for my team meeting, then I also used the pods on the ground floor for some hot-desking individual work. The space is amazing, a beautiful old building with all the contemporary services required. It's inspirational and conducive to efficient collaborative or singular productivity. I will definitely be back and I have recommended it to other departments in my Manchester based company seeking alternative locations that aid creative thinking...outside of staid old office locations, or tired hotel conference meeting rooms. Costs extremely reasonable and parking super cheap too and plenty of it...£2 all day...bargain..... spend the rest at a slap up lunch at Lily's! It's all good. 10/10.

Pleasantly surprising modern and creative interior, while maintaining some fabulous original features of the old baths. We used the locker room for a meeting. It was cool and airy with good light. It had a good sized boardroom table that sits ~12-14. Coffee machine, TV, WiFi, and power all provided and convenient. Highly recommend.

Love it here, such a fabulous place to work. Great staff. Superb use of the building and innovative design. Friendly and happy people. What more could you want!

Good co-working/office space outside the city centre. Easily accessible from the M60 and 10 min walk from Metrolink. Large public car park is £1 for half day, £2 for full day (needs change, no card). Business lounge has a coffee machine that's free to use for building tenants. Staff can't do enough for you - great place to bring clients

Great conference venue in a historic building. We were given a free guided tour at lunchtime and that was interesting. There is parking but it isn’t free and it must be cash: there’s no option for a card payment or even a parking app so make sure you have some change with you.

I have just finished delivering a three week course at this venue, the venue is spotless, it was nice and quiet & the staff were very friendly and helpful, even finding the time to learn all of the delegates names.Highly recommended

The building is fantastic but the staff really make the place. Amazing environment to work, thanks to the people that work here!
