Evolution Fitness Winchester

I honestly cannot recommend evolution fitness more, Kyle is a great instructor and the classes are really enjoyable. I look forward to them every week which is something I never thought I’d say!!!

Ive been going to evolution fitness since the beginning of November and i can honestly say it was the beat decision ive made, Kyle is professional and makes you feel completely at ease kyle also helps you hit the targets you want , I do two classes a week but there is so many more ,wouldn't go anywhere else , this place isnt like other gyms ive been too . I look forward to my workouts and have made friendships there too , The gym is clean and there is lots of equipment to use

Kyle is a true professional!!! The service that he is providing at evolution fitnesses is next level from his skills as a sports masseuse to his knowledge around functional training is phenomenal. I’ve been regularly going to his classes since October and I cannot believe the progress I’ve made!! I’ve tried the gym and a number classes at many other venues over the years but you honestly can’t beat this.. it’s such a welcoming place and everyone that attends is lovely.. we all cheer each other on and there is none of that intimidating atmosphere like other gyms. Thanks Kyle for changing my view and out look on training I can’t wait to progress more..
