Great fun for all the family .the staff are all helpful and friendly our 6year old loved it had so much fun

This is an awesome place for the kids to burn off some energy and keep their fitness levels up. The only thing I noticed is that it lacks in seating for parents and people not participating to sit at.

I come here for a family day off to give the kids attraction and fun on rainy day.There is some good attraction but not that amazing then I expect to be fair. Also there is the meal deal with jumping but waiting for it even when staff said its 10min you should count 30-40min unfortunately which its a joke for ready base pizza.When we bought tickets we said we are first time and if its OK us to having ours on safety socks they said yes but after watch safety video they was pushing us to buy they brand socks . What's another joke for dismiss communications and poor trening for staff on that place . Another things with it's negative its so dirty here . Tables are not wipe at all. Boxes its almost on every single tables so its difficultto find clean table to seat and watch kids. Play area as well dirty and dusty. Not recommend.

Went with my partner for their 26th birthday and they had lots of fun as an adult, experience could have went south when they lost their phone down a small hole and into the basement but staff member Elsa was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help out and retrieve the phone even tho it was busy, massive thank you she's a credit to your company. Great day out!

First time doing a kids party at Flip out, brilliant kids loved it, the food was great and plenty almost too much but rather have that than not enough. Staff helpful and nothing was too much trouble,I would recommend for any kids party takes all the hassle out of it. We only provided the cake that was it.As for the actual play area great again clean and plenty of variety for the kids to enjoy of all ages.Thanks guys !

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here. She had lots of fun - the food (pizza, hot dogs and wedges) was lovely.Car park was busy but we got a space and there is overflow car parking too.The inflatable parts are fun and the soft play area (with small trampolines) was perfect for younger children.Got a coffee from the cafe upstairs which was nice. Standard pricing. Didnt get anything else so cannot comment but as I say party food was very nice.

Gone down hill. Went on Saturday at 2pm and it was fully booked, we got the last 3 places. Way to many people for the equipment they have, loads of young kids running across the trampolines, parents not supervising and not enough staff to keep an eye on everyone. My guess is 100 paid people in there, that's £1200 for the hour, no reason to not have more staff!!!

Kids soft play was so dusty, like thick dust that other kids had written their names in, and drawn a rude pic!I appreciate that trampoline venues and soft plays are generally a bit grubby and run down, but this is on another level.
