Called in late on a Tuesday afternoon, spent a good 30 mins browsing the various sofas, no hard sell, no salesman hounding you for a sale.A very pleasurable and warming experience from choosing the sofa to it being delivered 24hrs later.This family run company certainly puts the customer first, I cannot find fault with any of my experience when purchasing the sofa.The delivery guys both very professional and incredibly careful with delivery.We will be back soon for some more outstanding quality furniture.

Fab service from the staff in the shop.to the staff who delivered my sofas today .the one person took his shoes off as it was a new carpet.even though I put carpets down.well done .

After buying 2 mattresses and a new bed the cheaper mattress had a slight Issue with buttons on top full refund against another mattress no quibble top shop and service cannot speak higher of them nothing to much trouble

Received a parking ticket while parked on outside the property.Unfortunately the company that this establishment uses to ‘enforce’ parking restrictions on the last outside the properly. Are incompetent and unable to fully address an appeal. By using billing bully tactics they leave you no option but to pay even if the situation surrounding the incident mean that it was in breach of the BPA guidelines.Disappointing that an establishment with such a good reputation would use thieves/cowboys to monitor there land with no remorse for a genuine miss understanding.Disappointingly I can’t recommend someone who supports the ‘un’ regulated thief’s.

New house and in desperate need for a bed. Looking at the order sheet we dealt with chris. Friendly as can be, custom order delivered the next day. Friendly and professional, makes me wonder why we bothered with bigger chain stores. We came out with more than we came in for. Fantastic and reasonably priced products. Will 100% be back for more and already reccomended to everyone i work with. Cannot reccomend enough! Fantastic team! Quality products! Thank you all!

Have used this company from time to time since I’ve moved back to Hereford and I have to say they are friendly very accommodating and delivered very promptly. Thank you. My only gripe is we had a single bed from them and I have to say the mattress was just awful.

If you want excellent, friendly and honest service, this is the place. ITS BRILLIANT.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from purchase to delivery. It is a shame I am moving house, I would definitely use them again if I was staying in the area.

WHAT. A. SERVICE!!!!!We walked into the showroom earlier this afternoon to take a look around. We found a chest of drawers that we really liked and found they had a really good variety of furniture for good prices.We purchased our furniture. It was made up and then delivered to us on the SAME DAY.Just fantastic - I used to live in Watford and this service would have likely cost over £100 and been a week late!Hereford is fantastic as are this company!

Oh my goodness, these guys are amazing! Within 30 minutes of entering the building I found exactly what I needed. Friendly, efficient proprietor took my order. 3 hours later he was at my front door delivering the piece of furniture. Amazing. Very reasonable prices and quality. Lots of choice. Great service. I shall definitely be using this company again.
