Unable to get hold of these sent numerous emails and called several times. Ordered a 9th august. Still waiting on delivery. Had an email stating delivery will be made on that week. So booked the carpenter for the Saturday. Yet no door came and still no response back

The website has a modern look and is easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. The visual aids are very clear which helps with selecting your preferred style of product. They offer a live chat service where you can be connected to an agent to relay your enquiry. It’s good to know that they also offer a fitting service. I am generally pleased with my experience of the website.

Very pleasant staff, the door arrived on the date as per my email and the courier called me on the day when I was his next drop. Thanks again.

Easy to navigate round the website. It took me straight to what I needed from the top navigation menu and the images of products are high quality. FAQ section was really helpful, as I didn't know how to measure and there are links to videos for more detail.

0 STARS if possibleReally terrible appauling communication, I previously deleted my first review, left a voicemail to give them a second chance, should have known better, absolute nightmare, once I had left the first review they were falling over themselves to contact me to get me to remove it. Dont bother with these guys, save yourself a headache, go somewhere else that has an interest in customer care. Dont answer on the webchat, barely respond to emails, dont pick up the phone, big thumbs down from me.Keep the outstanding refund Dave, Ive wasted far too much time on you already. Edit: Thanks for the response. you had plenty of oppurtunity to contact me, you still have my contact details, but you have not tried to contact me to resolve anything, because you don't care.

Sorry to leave a bad review but it's been really difficult. Initially asked for a door in April but this got missed. Finally sorted a door ordered in September. Bits were missed. The door was delivered two months before it was fitted. Spent ages with it in the way. Ages with it still stuck in the hall. Plenty of correspondence with Dave. I think he is just too busy. Won't use again. Never completed the job

Items were meant to be in stock. Rang and checked... The delayed for several weeks whilst i have builders work in stasis.then when items did arrive they were scuffed/marked on oak doors. joiners at home managed to sand it out as waiting for a replacement or dealing with the company was not an experience i want to go through again. This was all pre-covid. delay not exactly justfified .

Doors received today. Great guys and called ahead of the delivery, also lifted them in as very heavy! Hope you find some fuel and get home safe! 5 star service all round thanks!

Poor quality product, door looks great once it finally got delivered after months of waiting for it the the frame felt like it was the lowest quality hard wood they could find. But after waiting so long for it to come my customer was getting agitated with how long everything was taking I fitted in anyway, now a couple months in after fitting the door and frame the frame has no split on itself on the door jamb and the door has started peeling it's veneer.To Keep my customers happy I am now in the process of building them a new door and new frame. making me lose money out of my own pocke, thank you Dave doors will not be using you again and I don't think anybody else should
