Really happy with the services. I've been a Guardian tenant with Ad Hoc in Bristol since 2014. I couldn't be more pleased with with my living standards, with rent prices in the housing market being so difficult for tenants in today's world, the service and function provided by Ad Hoc are for me, absolutely essential. I've always had a great relationship with the provider, I feel any issues I've had have always been regarded with seriousness by the agent. Despite some of the media's recent articles citing Guardianship as a whole, I feel my living standard, amenities and facilities to be among the best in any of my tenancies.I have some experience in dealing with another major operator, Ad Hoc's chief competitor. If you're interested in becoming a part of the Guardianship scheme and are looking for accommodations, especially in the Bristol area, I would strongly advise you to call through to Ad Hoc first above all other operators, my experiences from their competition has not been as positive. Five stars hands down!

Adhoc is a great concept and a good way of maintaining these buildings. I have lived as a Gardian within adhoc for the past 3 years and have never had any issues.

Ad Hoc has developed a fantastic business model that benefits property owners and guardians of properties.I am proud to say that I am a guardian at the former Taunton Police Station. The property is well looked after by us, the guardians, and we have made it home ensuring that the property is always in good condition and safe.Ad Hoc's Trina Lewis was very helpful in my application process to become a guardian. Trina introduced me to some of the other guardians who added me to the guardian WhatsApp group. We use the WhatsApp group to address any property issues and to assist each other during our stay.I can recommend property owners to make use of Ad Hoc to look after their properties, and I also can recommend Ad Hoc to potential property guardians.

Been living as a guardian through Ad Hoc property management in Bristol for nearly 4 years and highly recommend it over renting as a tenant. The way the company works makes perfect sense to me and hope they keep it going! Maintenance is there main forte and they are quick to respond! Very happy customer

Best move you can makeAd hoc are a very supportive, professional team that I would highly recommend. After three years (and 14 moves) to various properties both in England and Scotland I have had an amazing adventure. I have made life long friends through their property guardian scheme and each property has had its own story to tell. From a granite cottage in Aberdeen central to a beautiful Worcestershire farm each move has been a smooth transition. From a historic former police station in Taunton to a small care home in Bristol the opportunities for work increased and the guardians I met were amazing from so many different backgrounds. If you want a great place to stay, long or short term then Ad hoc is the best move you can make. Enjoy your adventure.

Trina my agent has been an absolute legend. She’s friendly and thoughtful as she was able to meet my needs, when hunting for an en-suite room. The accommodation is affordable, water, electric, and council tax included and I was able to get a store room at request.

Rory got me moved in swiftly and without fuss. He set expectations so that I knew what would happen when, and he made sure those expectations were all met. No stress, just plain sailing -- just what I needed at the end of a very busy few weeks leading up to my move. Much appreciated.

I've been with AdHoc for 8 months now and am really pleased with the guardian lifestyle. When the property I was initially was sold, within a few days and with the help of my Ad Hoc agent, I was able to find a new place.Highly recommend.And here I am now, 2 years after I first moved into an Ad Hoc property.. still a 5 star service and an experience that allowed me to save for my first house. Firstly, what a great option Ad Hoc provide as guardians for potentially empty properties. Secondly, what excellent service the whole team provides.Our Devon property needed to be occupied for security and to ensure the property was kept in good condition. And the person their provided was so good, we have kept them on under the new arrangement we have adopted now that we no longer need a guardian.The communication at tall times was first rate. And they were able to provide everything needed to comply with regulations and good service.We would unhesitatingly recommend their services to potential guardians and property owners alike.

I have been a Guardian in three properties with Ad-hoc in the past 2.5 years, Bracknell, Newport and Taunton. All have been a good experience. Low cost fees, good service when required, easy on boarding and easy to transfer to other locations. The only reason I'm not using them now is there's no available properties in the area I've just moved jobs to. I thoroughly recommend the Ad-hoc company.
