I'm an out of town northerner who was passing new years eve on the way to pick a friend up and rang beforehand regarding MLily pillows , the prices were ace and I received top notch customer service from the guy I spoke with.Upon arrival I was greeted by him, shown the stock and the prices again , tried a selection out, no hassle paid the man, thanked him for just being a sound bloke and easy going and not pushy (as I hate shopping and sometimes the pressure that comes with needing to buy something) and left.These pillows are hard to find where I'm from and the price was fantastic.really happy with my purchase, it's just what I was after.Sincerley grateful to the manager/ man who dealt with me. We, as a family have made five orders with Trentham Beds over the last three years. Four mattress’s and a wonderful heavy duty, hand made bed. All orders were taken and delivered by the owner or his co director. Wonderful knowledge and service at a fantastic price. Cured my back problem, as they recommended the correct bed & mattress. Mattress is fine, sales team not pushy but delivery driver sarcasm is unnecessary. If I ask delivery guy a question and you don't know the answer, that's all you need to say not give me attitude or some arsey remark.

Found Trentham Beds on the internet. Had no previous knowledge of them apart from the good reviews I read.Went to their site and was impressed with their large stock of beds and mattresses etc.Within a few minutes was approached by one of their staff. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. There were no hard sell tactics but with his help soon reduced what I wanted down to a couple.After my wife and myself had tried lying on them a few times we had made up our minds.We place our order and after less than a week the bed arrived.Our old bed was taken away and the new one erected in only a few minutes.My overall impression is a well run establishment from start to finish selling good quality products at very competitive prices.Would certainly recommend and use again.

Some nice beds in here only downfall is there's not much available for children's rooms so I didn't find what I was looking for on the day. Overall though some gorgeous beds at decent prices.

Having been quoted into four figure for a mattress for an adjustable bed I decided to take a look at Trentham bed warehouse. I was immediately shown an adjustable bed and tried out a couple of mattresses. My biggest problem in the past was being far too warm in bed, memory foam being the main cause. I lay on the mattress for 10/15 minutes adjusting the bed and myself before deciding to buy. This one doesn’t have memory foam topper, it is natural fibres.All I can say is I have now had this mattress for almost two weeks and have never slept better, AND I have been cooler in bed. I’ve also managed 3-4 nights when I’ve slept right through which is unheard of for me. This mattress cost me a third of previous quotes, and yes I accept it may not last 11 years but should I need to replace it in 6 or 7 years time, I would still be on the right side.I didn’t realise you sold pillows either so I may be back for something cool.
