Had my iPhone 5s sent in for a battery replacement. Had it back the next day and at a very reasonable price. My phone now operates as it should. Good customer service will be using again in the future. Cheers

Had some water damage and screen issues with my iPhone, called Martin first thing in the morning, he diagnosed the issue and repaired it all in one day! Even added in a screen protector as a goodwill gesture. Fast, efficient and friendly service - really pleased. Very rude. No customer service skills at all. Told me he'd need 2 days to look at something,after 6 weeks of chasing him up,he finally replied with a text saying it couldn't be fixed. Took it to another shop and they said it could be done in an hour. Total waste of time. Wouldn't recommend him for anything. And that's putting it politely.

Excellent customer service from Smartronic. He was honest about the error on my phone which was with the phone motherboard which is common in the Samsung A range but he tried replacing the charging socket for me to check all options. He advised me to get a new phone as the replacement part would be over £60. He didn’t charge me for all the time he spent trying to find out what the issue was. That was so nice of him. I would definitely recommend using Smartronic for mobile repairs, laptops, tablets or gaming consoles. I will definitely use them again.

Having had a bad experience with a reputable online company that I had sent my phone to I approached these guys about repairing my screen. I'm happy to say it was fixed within 3 days, excellent customer service and a really quick turn around thankyou!
