Castle Plumbing have been excellent. I have recently bought a complete bathroom suite and an ensuite bathroom from them. Miranda provided a personalised design service and has been incredible at finding and recomending the quality and style of products I was looking for. Nothing has been too much trouble for her.Really competitive prices, great customer service.

Doing a bit of DIY plumbing and went in to these guys. Very helpful advice on what was needed and how to proceed. Was able buy the parts needed from them at 75% cheaper than the major DIY outlets as a bonus. My go-to for plumbing needs now :)

Said she's not getting into work till 11 (on the only day she works)Had the wrong day for our appointment and not even a phone call to see if we were coming.You would think that a large 2 bathroom project they would call to see what's going on.They can't be bothered so I can't bothered

We have recently bought all of our ensuite furniture, toilet, basin, shower, shower cubicle and taps from here. We received exceptional service from Miranda from beginning to end. She clearly has lots of experience and is very knowledgeable. She was very helpful with suggestions and nothing was too much trouble for her.We are really pleased with the quality of everything, we opted for the Calypso furniture and we're really impressed.Delivery was quick and easy and we found them very competitive on price.We would definitely recommend giving Miranda the opportunity to quote your work, in fact she is now in the process of helping us design our bathroom.

I recently wanted to convert my bathroom from a climb in shower/bath to a shower unit. I looked at several companies and thankfully I was able to find Castle Plumbing Suplies. I was to receive a visit from Miranda who I found to be knowledgeable and helpful as I tried to explain what I needed to know in my final decision. I decided to go with this company and not only were the cost of parts reasonable, I was to receive a 3D image that showed what my new bathroom would look like. Fantastic.I was to receive quality parts and quality installation. (Installation through an independent plumbing service who no doubt Miranda would gladly advise you) Following completion of the installation I received a call from Miranda to ensure all was to my liking.I complement Castle Plumbing Supplies for their professional business ethic, and would gladly recommend this business to any person seeking to have bathroom renovations.
