Bluebell Greenhouses

Buyers beware that this company only offers a ONE year guarantee on their sales. towards the end of 2019 we bought a summerhouse from them costing almost £4,000. Within quite a short time we called them as various pieces had been incorrectly fitted and were hanging off. This year we noticed that gaps were appearing in the floor boards which could only be a result of a. unseasoned wood being used or b. incorrect fitting. Considering the previous problem we suspected the latter. We went to see them and were informed that as they neither dealt with this company, Palmako, any longer or had their fitter there was little they could do but took our tel number and would get back to us. That was weeks ago and we have heard NOTHING. The summerhouse was erected on slabs and as the gaps have increased we have recently noticed that something, possibly a rat, has been attempting to eat its way in through one of the gaps! In desperation we are now having to fit wire over these gaps!!!!!!. Looking at other web sites some sellers offer 4 and even 6 year guarantees on this particular product. Consider VERY carefully before buying from this company.

Good selection but only a lady to speak to and could not help

Would not buy from these again if they were the only place to sell what I want. Paid a fortune for a greenhouse which took months to come. When they erected it the first rain I found it leaked through the roof in several places. Non existent customer service. Would recommend stay well clear buy elsewhere.

Be careful when you buy from this company. We paid £800 for a shed and after 14 months had a large crack in the wood which went right through to the inside. We telephoned twice and nothing happened so went down. They claimed they knew nothing of the calls but took our details and were to arrange a visit. This didn't happen so went again and the woman in the office said she had forgotten and took the details again. Still we have heard nothing. As this has been going on since April we believe we are just being fobbed off. Not a good way to run a business with no customer care.
