Decided to pick Dean due to his solid reviews. I had issues with old piping, a leaky bath and sink. He was able to identify the issues and said he would give me a quote in the next few days which he did. Quote was reasonable and Dean managed to fit me in the following week, he came round to fix my issues with no problems. I found Dean Punctual, approachable, would look to use his services in the future.

Chose Dean from looking at other reviews. They were not wrong. Really pleased with the quality and price of the boiler service. He also identified the cause of a long standing problem that two previous plumbers had failed to diagnose. Would definitely recommend.

Could not reccomend Dean enough, he fitted us in as we had no heating from previous evening. He wouldn't leave until he had fixed the problem which had presented a bit of headache. I will definitely be using Dean for future servicing of our gas central heating. Thanks Dean for your perseverance even on a Saturday.

Called this company to be able to sort out reconnecting our gas main to the kitchen as it had been capped and hidden behind many years and layers of plaster. Dean came to quote between clients and had a price by the end of the day, the quote was so reasonable that I ended up asking him to replace some old water pipes at the same time which again I had the quote for pretty much immediately.Thankfully he was able to fit the work in within the week and couldn’t have been more professional and efficient in the work he did.He found parts that I didn’t even now existed to maintain the aesthetic of the kitchen for us and honestly couldn’t be happier with the work!Would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Massive thank you to Dean. So helpful and professional. He sorted my mother-in-laws boiler problem so and was very respectful of her having dementia… did boiler service whilst there too. I asked him if he could also fit us in for an ongoing issue… sorted the issue and serviced our boiler on visit too. Great price and will recommend and use again for sure! Thanks Dean!

Exceptional service fixing a boiler leak at very short notice. Dean fitted this job into an already very busy day and did it with a friendly and professional manner and charged a competitive price too. A very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Been using him for years as can always rely on Dean to turn up and fix whatever the issue is. Plenty of times I have needed something looked at urgently and he has always made the effort to make the time for emergencies and usually fixes the problem there and then.So hard to find a reliable, honest and experienced plumbing and heating engineer who can diagnose and fix issues so quickly on both home and commercial jobs and charges reasonably for the work they have done.Have recommended him to family and friends, who also wouldn’t use anyone else.
