Purchased a vehicle from this establishment in July. There sales man was all smiles and couldn't do enough to help with the sale. Then came the issues and to cut a long story short the car was sold to me and should never have been let out on the road was repaired" then failed it's mot on what I had initially told them the problem was

Absolutely shocking! My partner bought a car from them in February and by March, it had been back to them several times. The final straw was when the engine seized on a long trip, forcing me to pay out a huge expense to recover the car. The garage offered to go halts as they said it was not there fault. We ended up taking court action and settling out of court, only due to stress from my partner. They obviously had not checked the car out before they sold it and I don't think they check any of them to be honest. We used our custom there for peace of mine but, believe you me, I will not be using them ever again. Friendly faces when you buy the car. Not when you take it back

Totally agree with the previous review do not be fooled by this big guy Jason, bought a car in January had about a weeks worth of driving from in before engine went, spoke to garage and were unwilling to take the car back (which is my right) within 30 days cut a long story short and totally agreeing with the threatening behaviour, this successful business as Jason talks about has filed for voluntary liquidation and by the looks of things has opened a new company soon to start trading as cars of Nottingham Ltd. Please be careful of this fraudster if you don't believe me (as I was advised by Jason himself as a bully boy tactic) Google his name... Jason grocock :)

Thinking of buying a used car ??.. worried you will be ripped off or duped.. well pay a visit to Jason Harrington and none of these will occur..what WILL happen is you will be treated honestly and fairly.. and I know this because.. two months ago I purchased a car.. my second.. the first was five years ago..and I thought then that Jason was a honest trustworthy business man.. very rare I think in the motor trade..and so.. when I needed to change my vehicle I returned. ..So people.. before you go any where else,.. speak to Jason first.. I am sure you will not be disappointed.. five star service..you bet !!!

Shocking customer service and after sales care by Cars of Nottingham (formerly Harrington Motors). After the engine in the Zafira they sold me suddenly went completely, I'm left with a repair which I've been told will cost me half of what i paid for the car and Cars of Nottingham refuse to accept any responsibility. Merry Christmas Jason!
