Booked a castle and and some outdoor garden games and the candy floss machine for my sons first birthday. The experience i had from the get go was brilliant. The booking process was really easy and they talked me through all the various options. The staff was really friendly and very professional .They arrived on time with enough time to set up before the party started. Where do i start with the equipment everything was so clean and in perfect condition and everyone loved it from the kids to the adults. They ensured we had the perfect day. Best company around with a huge variety.

Arrived nice and early - but for those who this may concern, it states very clearly they may arrive early and you are asked to notify how early they can arrive when you book!Was told it would be with us until 5pm and the two blokes arrived at 5pm to collect and were gone in 10 minutes.The bouncy castle was supplied with everything you need including a very long extension lead, a rain cover and sandbags.The two men who delivered it were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know and took cash payment on delivery, so no upfront payments required. We also received confirmation via text 24 hours before to appease any anxieties.Nothing more to say really. A five star service and would happily book again and recommend you to do the same.Seb. I have made bookings with Go Bouncy numerous times now, during which time they have supplied bouncy castles and outdoor garden games to many friends and family after my recommendation. I have previously booked a ball pool and soft play set which was in immaculate condition so was perfect for my young children. Recently, I hired out a bouncy castle and again no complaints. Their service is second to none. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, delivery drivers are always happy and friendly and the receptionist is always happy to help. I made the booking but had to cancel due to personal issues. They were very understanding and didn't charge a penny. Once I had the opportunity I finally booked again: very tidy, helpful and the bouncy castle was installed and clean for the party. Children loved it and we have been really pleased with the service. Can't give more stars, but I would.
