Worst haircut I have ever had.. absolute joke. Completely ruined my hair.. if you want someone who's disgusting and bleeding over his customers and can't cut hair go here and pay stupid prices..

Please do not use this business. I was foolish enough to try and get rid of my grey hair and was told that the colouring was natural. I had 2nd degree burns on my scalp and now I have psoriasis which cannot be managed.

This guy also cuts men's hair. The attention to detail is outstanding. Much better than any high Street barber. Billy Shears is a stylist and one of the best.

Emma was very professional and friendly throughout my appointment, she talked me through step by step and introduced care for my hair due to recent breakage and poor Condition without the hard sell of products. Salon is fresh, clean and has a modern style. Would highly recommend

Went to Billy Shears while on holiday in Bidford-on-Avon, and I'm pretty sure this is the best cut I have ever had. Five weeks later my hair, which is usually difficult to control, just falls into place when blow-dried. So wish I wasn't 400 miles away, but whenever I'm near there I'll be back. Great hairdresser.
