K.W INSTALLATIONS

I wouldn't recommend K W Installations. He was asked to move a radiator at our property and did a poor job. He cut many corners such as not draining the system down causing water to spray all over our walls and carpet (and asked us for spare towels and a bucket). When trying to rectify the issue, he cobbled together some spare parts he had laying around and it protruded 4 inches from the wall. He reluctantly did the work again however it was another poor fix, hacking parts of my wall and the pipework was no longer flush due to a push fitting.In addition, he burnt our skirting boards due to carelessness and used silicone around the joints. A few days later we had another leak from his work and we couldn't trust his workmanship. We paid another plumber to re-do the work.He has not responded to my calls for a refund and instead called me a liar online. I hope the pictures give you an insight into his work and please do your due diligence on K W Installations, I wish we had.
