We had some frosted window film for lower part of Living room windows, for privacy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the film was really good quality. Woukd highly recommend Active Window Film to anybody.Good competitive price and quick delivery, also received a follow up call to ensure everything was OK.Great service and quality products

First time buying something like this. I also bought the installation pack to go with it. I was dreading installing them! They went on fine but there was bubbles and marks which concerned me. These have dramatically improved wthin 24 hours. The video guide and instruction sheet that came with the film was really helpful.I can also confirm that despite the bad reviews of Martha, she's been nothing but helpful via email. I can only imagine that there have been a few customers who haven't installed things right and made demands they didn't get. Martha replied every time and offered continued support. Really pleased and will use again.

Be Aware Their 24hr delivery service can take up to 48 hrs.Apparently it's down to how you interpret 24 hrs.Don't plan around it!

Brought this fitted it was all scratched and bubbled really bad contacted PayPal was chatting to company told them I had fitted it and we threw it away as it was rubbish they said to return what we had yet PayPal ruled in there favour so lost out on refund and the postage to return would not recommend this company at all stay away we purchased more off eBay paid more money and it’s perfect

Bought 5m of mirror tint for upstairs bedroom for daytime privacy and some heat reflection as the bedroom has the sun all day, arrived well packaged and undamaged with instructions, after the first couple I got better, use plenty of soapy water and take your time cutting, works very well and now I have no spying eyes

Don't bother buying from this company. Their products are almost as useless as their customer service. Bought UV protection film but it's impossible to apply even when following their guidance. It's so delicate and creases easily whilst trying to peel off making the product useless. Tried contacting customers service for help and never got a reply. Don't waste your money as you won't be getting it or a response back from them!

Should have heeded advice of the other poor reviews on here!Deliveries went missing multiple times due to errors in their ordering process... company just couldn't be bothered to assist.I ended up having to do a fraud request through the payment company and got my money back. But really, who has got time for that??Avoid these guys and spend your money with a company that values your business.

Bought the product online, I’ve applied similar before so I know what I’m doing. Absolute nightmare. The film is covered in tiny scratches and dots, despite apparently being new. The “slip mixture” they tell you to mix up causes tiny bubbles and marks the film. And it’s impossible to get smoothly onto the window. And because I’ve cut it and tried to place it on a window, I’m not eligible for a refund, despite the fact there is no other way to see if the product works! Absolute rip off, so furious.
