We recently used the studio room at The Life Dojo to run a Nutritional Therapy Workshop for my wife’s business The Root Cause Clinic. The spaces are great and very versatile. Mike and his team went above and beyond to ensure our clients were happy and had everything they needed. The workshop was a great success and we look forward to running it again in the New Year! Was in a bit of a rut so thought I'd give the beginner Muay Thai a try. The combination of learning a martial art and chatting all thing philosophy and spirituality is very unique and has certainly helped to move me forward again. Michael is a fantastic coach and the small group size gives you lots of attention so progress is fast! 5/5 would 100% recommendation to anyone interested to give this place a try!
