N J Waple Associates have been using Teknicare's services for over 12 months now and we have recently also switched our phones to Bellcom from a previous provider.Thankfully we've had few issues during this time, but when we've needed assistance the team are quick to respond to our requests for help and always resolve whatever the issue is quickly and efficiently. Everything they do for us is explained clearly which is a great help as we aren't technically savvy!We take comfort in knowing that Teknicare (and Bellcom) are keeping it all going behind the scenes but are there if/when we need them.
