Turners Accident Repair Sheffield

Where do I start ?. So my car was parked up on the carpark outside work (normally I park in staff carpark round the back of store but was running late). Beside the point.. my car had been there since 8am, around a few hours later I had a colleague come to me and state that someone had gone into the drivers side of my vehicle. Luckily the lad admitted liability, Anyways I went through the insurance company and they recommended turners. My car was picked up on the 21st of July and was issued a courtesy car that very same day with enterprise. 2 days later I received a call that my car was going through assessment and couldn't be more happier, I knew I was in safe hands.I was apprehensive at first, until I went myself to collect my car on the 17th August. I have got to say to the guys at turners, a massive heartfelt THANKYOU the professionalism and the way you dealt with everything was absolutely outstanding ! I want to say thankyou to kirk who dealt with my volvo V40 you have done a phenomenal job (I know how hard it can be to match reds perfectly it is a very hard colour) and you was right that I was going to pleasantly surprised!!!!I also want to say a warm hearted thankyou to the lady (Sarah?) On the reception desk who was also exceptionally professional and so lovely to speak to.Turners you have done absolutely amazing I'm glad the insurance company picked you out to repair my car.The two staff that dealt with me and my car, honestly you are both a great asset to the team and wish you both the best ❤Thanks again guys truly appreciatedKind regardsAlexis

Most of the work carried out seems to be satisfactory. The air con still isn't working after asking for this to be looked at. The insurance company have said this was on the list of repair. Unfortunately I have had to complain back to the insurance as the air con is still not working. The insurance company are now dealing with this matter . The steering still isn't perfect as before the accident but I am going to have new tyres fitted and have tracking and balance done myself. Although I did ask for turner's to look at this. I asked for a health check to the underneath of the vehicle as I can only see what was visible to the eye on the outside. Can you confirm this was done please. The visible work eg bumper, headlight, parking sensors and washer bottle all seemed to be done Although the washer bottle only had a little fluid in from yourselves and I had to top it up myself. Turners was the recommended garage by Hastings Direct insurance, however the service on Turners' part was abysmal. I took my VW Polo for body work and paint repairs and the result of their work was severely sub-standard. The rear bumper was chipped and uneven around the parking sensors and the off-side trim had extremely visible paint streaks. It was obvious that it was treated as a rush job. After returning for the issues rectifying, I received my car back a second time with paintwork issues still remaining. It is clear that Turners doesn't have a process for checking quality standards.Throughout my experience with Turners, it was practically impossible to get in touch with them. They didn't return phone calls when they said they would and they ignored phone calls and emails.I wouldn't recommend Turners to anyone and I certainly won't be using them again. In the end I took my vehicle elsewhere to get the issues rectified.

Well pleased with the whole experience. Starting with them picking up the car when agreed, courtesy calls telling me the stage of progress and job done to a professional finish a lot quicker than I expected. Many thanks to all theTurners staff involved.

Great service, kept up to date at every stage by text message and phone call. Delivered car back to my home address which I wasn't expecting by a super friendly and helpful driver. Would highly recommend.

Car booked in to Turners Sheffield, received a call to say part wasn't available for 1 week and to bring my car in a week later. Courtesy car dropped off at repair centre. Kept informed of progress by very helpful staff. Picked my car up just over a week later looking like new. Very pleased.

Took a while to get car booked into Turners (due to how busy they are) but once they had my car the repairs to the paintwork were done within a week. Very happy with quality of work. They provided a new courtesy car (albeit a manual one when my car is automatic!). Staff very friendly and helpful. Kept informed of progress via messages but they also called me to give updates.

After taking our car to numerous of garages to repair and not getting anywhere we ended up taking it here and it was done within a matter of days. The car needed a panel realignment and Mark looked after us and reassured us that this time we would walk away happy! When my husband picked the car up today he was really happy with the work that has been carried out. Thank you and would recommend.
