The tables could have been cleaner but drinks and food both arrived shortly after ordering.Drinks were cold and food was hot and tasty.Nothing to cheer nor moan about, typical Wetherspoons.

The menu is always absolutely abysmal as they usually have only half of the options available (both drink and food). This visit the fryer was broken so couldn't have the things we came here for. The tables are always dirty and service is incredibly slow, only come for the convenience of the location.

Typical Weatherspoons, decent food and good atmosphere. Marked service down as the order took longer than usual. Did observe the silence at 11.00, which was good to see

This has got to be the worst wetherspoons we have ever been in. On arriving it looked shocking empty glasses stacked up everywhere and most tables were full of dirty glasses. We ordered food and drink through the app and it took forever for the drinks to come. We got an apology for the delay and was told the whole day had been a nightmare. We waited a further 40 minutes for the food when I chased it up at the bar I was told they were so far behind they'd stopped taking food orders but ours was due to come out. When the food arrived it was cold and inedible 4 of us got our food then the 5th meal we were told sorry it's not coming we'll refund you!! So 4 of us had cold inedible food while 1 didn't get any!!! I got a full refund for the food and left. Absolutely shocking experience.

Nice pizza with a crispy thin base. Free refill for tea, coffee and hot chocolate, a nice view from the window as a bonus

5 star service from Oliver? OllieSheffield waterworks Wetherspoons is the best branch I have experienced.Got served by a polite young man who couldn’t do enough to help.Went through my order to make sure it was correct fetched my drink over on such a busy day as well! Served me promptly as my mobile signal wasn’t working when I tried the app. He directed me to the toilet when I enquired.I honestly haven’t received a service this good in the most expensive restaurants.All done with professionalism and a smile.I’m sure the young man was called Oliver or Ollie. He had a Liverpool accent.Thank you so much!Date of experience: September 30.

Me and my friend had an absolute blast at this pub, sitting underneath the chandeliers at a clean table! We enjoyed some quality drinks, which were made in good time and done as such properly. The toilets were clean when I used them and navigation wise, I could easily find them. It was special having music playing in this bar, accompanied by the fan on the ceiling!

An enjoyable atmosphere when I visited here last night (23/09/21).Located by an abundance of bars and restaurants, however, not many can match the brand on value for money.Only stayed for one real ale, but enjoyed the music whilst there

Been here a few times because of location. Tables are always dirty. Service is usually ok. Today I asked a member of staff to clean a table for me (some people had just left) and he made an abysmal effort.We ordered deserts because *all* the cocktails were out of stock.Came on DIRTY bowls and half a scoop of ice cream.
