National Car Parks Plc

I had parked I there 40 minute and lost my ticket. Got told it was £9.70 due to them not know when I entered the car park. Was very unhelpful and would not look at the security camera to see when I entered just said you could have parked in here over night. Clearly they would know if I had.I phoned there customer car and e Plaines that there policy of charger for 24 hours if you lose your ticket was praying on some one who had been inlucky to lose there ticked and there policy was not very nice. There customer care told he there policy don't have to be nice!! Really bad atitute they didn't car just wanted to take the money. A star of 1 is to high for tgem

Bit of a tricky find in the satnav but close to everything you may need in town, good prices too

Car was fine price was good

Extremely rude when I phoned for help after payment not registered. Had to phone 3 times when no assistance came, and second time heard the very rude woman exclaim 'its that woman again', and then cut me off. Had to wait 15mins for someone to help when the machine too my money but did not register the payment.

Parking spaces could be bigger but oh well

Award winningly awful place to visit. Filthy, scruffy, and you need to take out a second mortgage to slow down in there - let alone park. Absolute dump.
