Our new 8x10 Henley Summerhouse was finally put up at the end of November. The two guys who constructed and installed it were friendly and hardworking. They also took the time to explain everything to us once they had finished. It looks stunning! The quality of this Summerhouse is excellent. Although we had to wait a while from order to delivery, due to the long waiting list, it was worth it. Michelle, at Chelsea Summerhouses kept in contact with us and made sure we knew exactly what to do from design to finish. From the stunning Cedar wood shingled roof, to the double glazed windows, Hoster green paintwork, and electric fittings it is a stunning and welcome addition to our garden. A new summerhouse was necessary to replace a similar model damaged during storm Arwen in November 2021. We chose the Wraysbury 8 from the Chelsea Summerhouses range and haven't been disappointed. The whole process from enquiry to completion has been easy because of the professionalism of the staff. Come installation day, the two-man team arrived on time and started the build straight away. The site was kept clean all day and the men worked quietly and efficiently, both knowing what was required next and getting on with it. At the end of the installation, the windows were given a polish and the floor was swept clean; they made sure we were happy with both the summerhouse and the build and then they were away. We are delighted with our new summerhouse and fully expect it to last the 30+ years of the last one. We have no hesitation in recommending Chelsea Summerhouses to supply and install garden buildings, we have been treated with courtesy and efficiency throughout the process. Oh, and the summerhouse is first class.

I had a Kingston summerhouse. The ordering process was excellent with superb communications from the company at every stage. I was given a date several months ahead, which I understand, as it's a good sign that the company are busy. In the event, I was given a cancellation slot 2 months early. The delivery arrived as planned and it took most of a day to erect. The staff were friendly, courteous and very responsive to questions. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the finished building is superb and represents excellent value compared with larger well known companies - essentially the same product for considerably less. All in all, we're very happy. Not least since it is now 5 months since the installation and everything is still perfect!

We love our summer house and the service and installation were superb however it is a shame the double glazing to one of windows has blown and full of condensation and cloudy after only 2 years. Found out this is not covered by the 10 warranty so a bit disappointed with this as expected the glazing to be better quality.

As we live close to where the Chelsea Summerhouses are made, Michelle allowed us to visit the factory to inspect the materials used and to ask questions. After placing our order we realised that we needed planning permission because of its height and proximity to boundaries. Graham dealt with all of the paperwork to our local authority on our behalf taking away any stress from us. On the day of fitting our summerhouse Andrew and Michael were brilliant. They were polite, hardworking and did a first class job of building the summerhouse. We absolutely love our summerhouse. You can see the quality, and all our friends and family have commented how nice it is. As it is double glazed, fully insulated and has electrics it could easily be used as an office space. After two months we had a slight problem where the paint bubbled on one of the side panels, but Andrew was sent out immediately and the panel was replaced without any fuss whatsoever. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Selected a beautiful summerhouse from the Chelsea catalogue earlier this year. A professional team assembled it in one day. The quality exceeded my expectations and I have had great pleasure from it since.I would highly recommend the company, for manufacturing summerhouses of the very highest standard. It has been much admired.

We went for the Abingdon in a silvery blue-green colour. It's a lovely design and offered both better quality and better value than the competition, with much more included in the list price. The installers were clean and tidy and meticulous about hiding the nails and screws. You almost can't tell how it's put together!The planning permission service made the whole process so easy. It's so rare to have such a positive experience nowadays. 100% recommended.

We were looking for a summerhouse for quite a while . After researching many companies we came across Chelsea summer Houses . Our first concern was the distance from Durham to our home in south west Wales but this did not become a issue .We were highly impressed by the service that Michelle gave answering all our questions and concerns nothing was to much for her .After deciding on the one for us (Wraysbury ) we were given a date for delivery and construction of the house and this was kept to !!! The fitters on site were were very professional and me being a retired carpenter found the completed job was of a very high standard and excellent quality and finish .I would recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality summerhouse .Once again I would like to thank Michelle for her very professional approach to everything .
