Hugely disappointed after being being told these are the people to deal with, I would have given a zero star rating if it had been possible, enquired as to whether they could manufacture stainless exhaust for my 1983 Suzuki GS 450, I was told over the phone that they wouldn't/couldn't do it, without asking what I required, or seeing the motorcycle, future business? I KNOW NOT!!!

A very helpful and obliging company with years of experience and first class products, probably the best quality exhausts and silencers for classic bikes on the market.

Ordered a pair of SS silencers for a BMW r60/2 -1965. They arrived in short time. Unfortunately, the left one did not have the indent for the centre stand. I rang, and a helpful chat followed, with an agreement for me to send back the left new SS silencer and my original left silencer. About three to four weeks later they both arrived back. The new SS being a perfect fit. The quality of the product is excellent.I appreciate the professional service from Armour.Thanks you.

Terrible quality control and even worse customer service. Armour supplied a manifold and down pipes for a trident. The pipes were such a poor fit in the manifold that they just dropped out even with the clamps tightened fully. I emailed Armour explaining the issue and asking them to make me another manifold and pipes that fitted together properly (i didn't say i wouldn't pay for this and was not abusive) but they could not be bothered to even reply.

I have been restoring a 1935 Triumph L2/1 and needed a new high level front exhaust pipe made , had a lot of trouble finding anyone capable in the Midlands so got in touch with the NMM and they get me the name Armour in Bournemouth. I spook to them over the phone , they told me to make a pattern using small bore cooper and send it on for them, it did take 12-14 weeks and they sent me the pipe they made so that i could fit it up to see how well it fitted. It was not quite as I had wished ( not sure if my pattern had got mis-shaped somewhere in transit ) but I sent it back together with a new cooper pattern pipe waited and within 5-6 weeks had the new (second pipe) delivered fully chromed and with just the slightest bit of fettling it fitted the bike very nicely indeed , see picture. First class service ,super chrome silencer for my Excelsior can't fault this firm they are going to make the front siamese pipes I am sure all will be as great thankyou Armour..
