We used Yo Taxis for our Christmas do on Saturday 9.12.23 and they were excellent. They were bang on time for pick up (both ways) and made sure everyone got there at the same time (2 different taxis used). First class service. Would highly recommend.

Nick has been absolutely amazing at taking care of my family and friends who have been in town from the USA for our wedding. The weather caused some major transportation issues with train lines for many people traveling and he came to the rescue for several groups of people and got them to us so we could all enjoy more time together. He really has gone above and beyond!

Got the train to Oulton Broad from Norwich yesterday, in what was the coldest, windiest, and wettest day/ night of the year. Yo taxi picked us up from the train station in the afternoon to get us to the venue, and picked us up from the venue again that evening to get us back to the train station on time. Excellent service, no delays, stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp near the time of pick up so we knew he was still coming, and very friendly driver who even offered to let us wait in the car till a trained arrived as the weather was so horrific. Would definitely use again if in Lowestoft or Oulton Broad.

Brilliant, well-mannered fast ride! Other taxi services had cancelled on me, but Yo Taxi arrived quite literately like an angel and had me home in 10 minutes! Will definitely be calling for all my taxi related needs from now on - thanks once again!
