We have used Shane and his team (SJS Multitrade Ltd) for the first time and we will certainly be asking them back for any future jobs.When we asked for a quotation, Shane came out promptly and listened to what we needed to be done at two properties and he advised us on what would be the best materials to use, and provided us with a good price for the work to be done.Shane and his team arrived when they said they would and replaced fence posts and laid new paving slabs at our Tenant’s property. When completed Shane then sent photographs of the work done and went the extra mile in sending us photographs of some fascia work which was being done by another Company so we could see how it looked.He then came to our home and replaced our old paving slabs with lovely new paving slabs.Shane kept us informed through the process by phone as to how the work was going.We are extremely happy with the work done at both properties which at the finish were left clean and tidy, and all the old slabs and fence posts were removed from both properties too.We would not hesitate in recommending Shane and his team (SJS Multitrade Ltd).

Shane and his team fitted a pergola and astroturf in our garden. The service was brilliant from start to finish, Shane listened to our requests and fitted us in promptly, nothing was too much bother. Shane expertly repaired our storm damaged fences and he and his team were punctual, hard working and left everything in perfect order. He has worked for us before landscaping, creating a paved courtyard and fencing.His work is of the highest standard and his communication is excellent.Highly recommended.

We have used Shane's services 3 times now. On every occasion he has been punctual, polite and given us exactly what we asked for. He has so far laid paving slabs and built us a lovely covered pergola. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and I am sure that we will!
