Unfortunately, our experience was one of sorrow as our girl was set free, the young vet was very sympathetic and explained everything in terms that we could understand, and this made our hard decision easier and we were not pressurized at any time.

Our world came tumbling down at the weekend! Elly needed emergency review on Saturday due to an infection. We saw Emma within an hour of calling and the treatment Elly received was second to none. We came home full of hope that she was going to recover.Sadly elly became more unwell on Sunday, I called Emma and we were seen within 20mins. Elly crossed rainbow bridge with the utmost of dignity and we, as a family will never forget the kindness and care you shower elly, Elsa (her sister) and us. Emma and Chloe were angels x you made an awful situation more bearable and we can never express our gratitude to you all xx we received Elly’s ashes today and again what a respectful service x thank you all, Jenn, Steve, Lauren Emma and Elsa xx

took our 2 year old cat in as she was suffering from Vestibular disease, we didnt get the advice or guidance we expected. Our cat was in terrible condition and our whole family were in such shock and stress about her outcome. He did NOT check her ears properly and we have now come to find out that the problem was in her ears. The most disappointing service iv ever experienced, even when he had a very poorly cat needing his help in front of him. Greedy for money if you ask me. Your job is to save animals and help the family out not give dirty looks and assume our family financial situations to suit yourself mate. Additionally, he was assisting a dog in the room next door to us, whilst the dog was in such pain, he was laughing and joking around the dog. Absolutely atrocious at his job. The receptionist/nurse had more empathy in her body than he ever would have. You are in the wrong profession mate, should look into funeral directors or something, would suit your attitude better.

Elaine and the team were absolutely fantastic. They were great at explaining everything and being totally upfront with the treatment of our dog. They certainly helped to put me at ease during a stressful time.

Incredible vets, we had to get our lovely old dog Odie put down at the grand age of 16 and a half, the vets were so good with him. He didn't suffer for one second and they treated him with such respect and dignity, you really couldn't ask for a better send off for your companion. I hope many other people can find comfort for their animals here.

our 8 week old BC pup took a worrying turn very late on a Friday night and we rushed him to Emergency vets. The staff were very kind to us and him, they were super efficient and reassuring and our pup has returned to his crazy lovely self with their help. Top class service. Many thanks

I cannot thank Matt and Chloe enough for the care and compassion they showed my wee boy Blue when he became unwell quite suddenly at the weekend. We were seen immediately, and in the time taken to travel to clinic, Matt had reviewed Blue’s notes from when he was seen previously by their partner clinic (Crum Pets), and was informed and prepared upon our arrival. I felt listened too and my concerns were fully understood. They checked Blue over thoroughly and took a sensible approach to assessment and treatment, keeping me informed every step of the way. Scans and blood tests were done there and then without delay and they treated us with kindness and genuine compassion. Their whole approach is second to none and it gives me so much piece of mind to know that this service exists. Costs were very reasonable and I have no doubt that these vets prioritise care over profits. Thank you!

My most sincere thanks to Emergency Vets Glasgow for taking such good care of my dog, Alfie, when he ingested raisins. Elaine the vet was calm and reassuring, talking me through the treatment plan for his overnight stay. She also phoned me later in the evening to update on Alfie’s progress. Thank you very much.
