Going above and beyond, a personal thanks to David in Parts Division, who examined and fixed my detached Espace wheel liner with clips. He dedicated his valuable time and got his hands dirty, whilst giving useful advice! I was expecting the parts necessary to be ordered and booking the car in with Service Department. The one star lost is because connecting with the Service Department by phone is almost impossible, with getting through once in 12 attempts or so, ringing at different times!
