Had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle who was very polite and quickly slotted me in on the day to do some diagnostics on my car regarding my ABS light coming on. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and referred me to a specialist to look into further as I had more issues than my car was showing. Highly recommended for their great customer service.

Don’t use this garage!I have been miss sold rear shock absorbers, costing me £336.Original shock absorbers were taken to a third party garage and tested to be ok.Also I was charged £210 for 1 tyre when on their website it should’ve cost £155 fitted.It is very expensive and they charge you for jobs that don’t need doing.My advice is to avoid going there because they will rip you off.I am currently in the process of trying to make a formal complaint.Update - 06/05/23 Halfords customer service, we’re actually helpful and have refunded me for the shock absorbers.

For the past 3 weekends, my wife's car has had to go back in to rectify faults that weren't fixed!. Last week,I dropped the car off for investigation at 08.30 only to be rang at 12.30 to be told we don't have anyone to look at it!". Why wasn't I told that when I dropped the car off?.My wife works for the NHS

It’s always easy to make appointments at halfords with the added bonus that they work Sundays too which helps full time workers. They carried out a quick MOT re-test while I waited and the staff are always helpful and polite. Brilliant service

I booked in for an oil change and adblue top up. On my invoice it said my battery needs replacing, the car is only 2 years old. My very experienced mechanic friend said batteries should last 4/5 years and more. I suspect they are scaremongering to create sales.
