I've being going since I was a kid and the atmosphere and staff have always been amazing. There an amazing selection and someone is always ready to lend a hand. Hands down one of my favourite places to go, an added bonus is back issues are available online as well as collectables.Recently I've set up a subscription with Ace with there online service for on-going comic books stories I'm following to be delivered to my door as I can't always makes it to the shop to get the newest issue of the stories I'm following.

A fantastic selection of Western comic books, but the manga section could be a bit bigger. Nevertheless, a great shop for all comic book lovers.

Love this place! Comic books stores are few and far between now with having to buy and collect most of your memorabilia online. But ace comics is a great size store with a fantastic range, if comics, figures, board games everything you inner nerd screams for. Staff are knowledgeable and love what they do and afe always happy to help.

I love this place can get the best deck boxes card sleeves and so much magic the gathering cards the shop owners are awesome and so helpful would strongly recommend for anyone who loves to collect comics, anime, funko pops, DND, pokemon, yu gi yo and so much more

Great store with a wide variety of comics, games, and general nerdy stuff.Very well organised and easy to find things, which I find can sometimes be an issue with some comic book shops.The staff here are very friendly, and willing to get in anything you can't find on the shelves (within reason!) and are always up for a chat.We come almost every week and end up finding something new every time.Cannot recommend enough!!

Great selection of comics, especially back issues. Cool choice on RPGs and card builders. Toys are a little lacking unless you want pop vinyls and/or marvel but it's a small shop so can't really complain. All in all, brilliant shop for comics.

Visited today as I usually buy comics online, I was in Colchester today so I went in unfortunately I was told back issues only available on line and couldn't see range in back issue section but I did buy some much needed comic bags, lass at counter was polite
