I called up this company after loosing the end of my car key. Alex was amazing, offered to come to me within an hour which was incredibly fast, and for a really good price fixed my key and matched it to my car in under 5 minutes. Good customer service, very friendly and even answered some questions I had about my car! Would 100% use this company again.

Daughter lost her car keys, fantastic service from Alex came same day much cheaper than the ridiculous local VW dealership and 7-10 day lead time for new fobs, would I recommend oh yes 5 stars!

This a fantastic company and would definitely recommend. I called them because my car key got broken in the ignition and got booked in for an appointment the same day. They came round to me where my car was stuck within an hour and got the key replaced in less than an hour. They provided an overall 5 star service as they were very professional, showed great knowledge and skill. They were very polite, friendly and easy to build rapport with. The key was replaced and works perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous service from Ashley McKay who helped me out at the airport when I had lost my keys and then very kindly reprogrammed my original keys once they were returned to me.I can’t praise him more highly for his quick, efficient and friendly service.

Phoned for a little advice and spoke to Alex regarding a issue I was having...Alex gave me a few things to check over and hey presto all sorted....would definitely recommend Alex and key trouble for there fantastic service and troubleshooting will be my only phone call in the future...thanks mate...5*****

AVOID. Would give ZERO starts if I could. Booked an appointment then failed to turn up, didn't not answer the phone or respond to any messages. Went out of my way to cancel plans to accommodate this appointment and absolutely no regard from this company whatsoever. Still not heard from them. Waste of time.

100% recommended. Must say we were very impressed from start to the end.Having lost my car key and being stranded, the gentleman came within 1 hour on call and resolved my matter with a new key and I drove away stress free. Thank you sooo much and highly recommended.
