had my ESSE serviced by Jock's team from Walter Dix. The cooker was 7 years old and had never been serviced since installation.Dix did not supply and fit the range cooker.Their customer service, attention to detail and support was first class and in Richard they have a star. Thanks lads

Had a Rayburn GD80 for nearly 40 years. Now it's time for a change. Ordered Everhot 90i all electric with solid and induction hobs. Couldn't have been more helpful when we were choosing. Aga versus Everhot. Dix take the old out make good the pipework remove the old one and install new. Now I can't wait to have the new one installed

Members of staff who put the phone down on you when you don't have information they request, very professional!!! You'd also think they'd know who to speak to when one of the appliances they sell break down but guess not!

I cannot recommend Walter Dix and especially Sales Manager Steve highly enough. The service I have received in purchasing my Aga from them has been superb. I had lots of questions and it was necessary to fit delivery/installation around my kitchen refurbishment. Steve patiently and promptly answered all my questions and bent over backwards to fit our programme. Thank you so much Steve and all at Walter Dix and Aga Rangemaster.
