BOSS Store

I went in to have a little browse, the guys working in the store were really lovely!! The service was amazing, I really can't recommend them enough, I spoke to the Manager, Sam, to give my praise and he was equally as good! An absolute assest to your company.

After buying a belt from here a I realised that they over charged me by £10 from the price shown on the tag. I went back to the shop to bring it to their attention and was met with a fairly dismissive response of ‘well that is the new price’. I am a bit surprised that a brand like Hugo Boss doesn’t honour their displayed prices. Admittedly it’s only £10 but that’s not the point. Disappointing customer service.

Absolutely phenomenal service, particularly with Sam. He really took the time to make my experience unique as I wanted to buy my partner some clothes for his birthday, but didn't know where to start! I'll definitely return when I'm on my travels again.

Bought a watch from here. It was too big and I was told I could get it resized at no extra charge at any boss store. I went to other boss stores in the UK as I couldn’t find any in Tenerife. I was told that they don’t do resizing of the watch and I needed to go to a random jeweller to get it resized. This is ridiculous because the only reason I bought the watch is because I was pressured in to believing I could get it resized without any hassle. Now I have a watch that is too big for me and feel like I’ve been scammed in to buying it. Really frustrating experience and it’s not like I can just go back to airport to talk to the staff about it. Not a pleasant experience at all. I don’t recommend buying from here.
