I chose Eco Plus because of their communications skills and track records, and they were one of the few accredited by Trustmark, the only UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme.The installations they undertook were External Wall Insulation and Mechanical ventilation heat recovery. I couldn’t believe how much energy saved and comfort they brought into my house. However, their team paid much attention to details and undertook extra work outside of scope for free. I do strongly recommend them to anyone.

Grigor was very conscientious, honest, reliable and really went above and beyond to do the best for me while installing an HRV system in my home, as a retrofit. He’s got a great attitude and always looks for solutions. There were some very challenging areas to install the ventilation in and I’m sure others would have given up, whereas he did not. I really appreciated this. It was extra important to me as I had extensive mould and bacterial remedial works done in my house, in part due to poor ventilation.I also explained to him that minimising dust was a big concern, for various reasons, and he and his team were very meticulous about catching the dust and cleaning – Grigor even designed something specifically to catch most of the dust, which took him a day to make. He goes the extra mile.It’s amazing, I can smell the fresh air coming into the house which is wonderful! The machinery requires hardly any maintenance apart from cleaning the filters every few months which is simple.Grigor is very knowledgeable, positive and friendly, and I highly recommend Eco Plus Systems if you’re looking to significantly improve indoor air quality and control damp and mould.

Dealing with Eco Plus Systems was delightful from start to finish. The communication was excellent and I had the assurance that the ventilation system (MHRV), Roof, and Wall insulation would work to not only enhance my energy efficiency but to remove nasty condensation and dampness throughout my property. I was sceptical at first, but I have had huge problems with damp which has cost my thousands in treating walls and replacing windows, so I gave it a go. I am really pleased I made the investment as I am experiencing no condensation and I am saving money on heating bills. Top Job.
