After looking into the idea of hypnobirthing I decided to complete Sarah’s course and I’m so glad I did. Initially I was a little nervous to be on a zoom call with ladies I didn’t know however Sarah is so lovely and welcoming, explains everything clearly and is extremely knowledgable when answering questions. I did find the calls to go on quite late and whilst heavily pregnant this went way past my bed time (personal preference!) however Sarah sent recordings of each session that could be watched back and this meant I could watch them back with my partner too. Being able to pause the sessions and take in the information this way was great. Although I ended up being induced and my original birth plans went out of the window, I still had such a calm and positive birth. I wanted to do it all over again straight away! I am confident this is down to the skills and knowledge Sarah taught me. Thank you Sarah!

I had my reservations about hypnobirthing during my first pregnancy however, I found that I used the visualisation techniques really positively so, this time, I decided to take the plunge and complete the full course. Sarah was very knowledgeable and approachable and provided much information about making birth a positive experience. I hadn't actually written a birth plan as my little girl decided to make an appearance 5 weeks early. My hubby, who completed the course with me, was stuck in Newcastle and all plans went out the window with my Mum ending up being my birthing partner. Despite all of this, I'm sure that all of the techniques that I learned helped me to remain calm throughout the unexpected, especially when I was rushed into theatre for a possible section. I did actually manage to give birth before this and I'm sure it was all helped by my mindset and the techniques and information that Sarah provided, meaning I still felt in control and able to make informed decisions. Thank you, Sarah!

Amazing course, which allowed me to retrain my way of though into having a positive birth, where I am in control of my choices. Sarah gave me the tools and information, to allow me to feel confident in choosing what is best for my baby, my partner and myself. The course was very inclusive, relaxing, informative and positive. I would highly recommend.

Started by attending the relaxation classes every week, which to start with felt a bit silly laying on a floor listening to the script, but after a couple of weeks it became my favourite 30 mins of the week! So many anxieties in early pregnancy, after a stressful hormonal week I'd really look forward to it as it'd be the one time I'd truly relax!Signed up to the 2 day hypnobirthing course. It was a lot of information for only two days! Sarah created a really open atmosphere whereby it wasn't embarrassing asking questions and she gave lots of breaks to reflect with your birthing partner the information she'd just given.We left the course with a lot of resources to help us continue to work on what Sarah had taught us.I'd definitely recommend both the relaxation classes and the 2 day hypnobirthing course. It's like you don't know how much you don't know!

Sarah's sessions were fantastic. Incredibly relaxing, informative and inclusive. Sarah has a wonderful personality and makes you feel at ease straight away, no question is a silly one! She uses past experience, supported with research and up-to-date information to present you the whole package. I felt confident going into labour, armed with a variety of tools to ride out those contractions. Highly recommended Sarah's classes

Really enjoyed Sarah’s class! Very informative and not in a scary or pushy way. She explained everything thoroughly used examples, diagrams, props to make the discussion visual as it was on zoom. Birth partners were also able to be a part of the sessions which allowed us to discuss things together. Fab sessions and highly recommend them! Thank you Sarah!

I really enjoyed the group online hypnobirthing course ran by Sarah. Despite being on Zoom, the course was interactive enough and flowed well. Sarah was a very thorough, kind teacher who ensured all questions were answered. She also went out of her way to do research and provide extra resources on certain topics via WhatsApp. Thank you, Sarah!

Thank you Sarah for a really insightful, informative and positive hypnobirthing course. It was great to be able to access via Zoom due to living a distance from where Sarah is based and the extra thoughtful touches along the way were really appreciated. I came away from each session feeling really empowered and positive and have learnt so much which I hope to take into my labour with me alongside my birth partner. It’s also great that you can still access the sessions, audios and have a workbook to refer to following the course!
