These guys are amazing! Best nail shop I have been to for a while. They are so precise and thorough, ensuring perfect nails. Most other shops I have been to, rush and dont take the time to make them look perfect but these guys do!

It's a really great nail shop. A friendly guy did my nails for my wedding, he did a fantastic job. I was able to pay by bank transfer. I booked an appointment but this didn't seem to save time so I'd recommend just walking in and waiting

Not a good experience. Had a booking here for 1pm on Friday, my lunch hour at work.Turned up on time and was seated in the waiting area as all seats were full with people in the middle of their treatments.No communication to tell me how long I'd be waiting, even though I had booked.After 10 minutes I left and went somewhere else as I only had 1 hour.Don't take bookings if you can't honour them!

Initially I was very happy with my gel manicure - the lady who completed the service was friendly and talkative. Sadly though within a couple of days my nail polish chipped - which I have never had happen to me with a gel before. I decided to go back to have them filled in a day or two later, and while they did this free of charge I had a different technician who pretty much blamed me! His solution was to not use my hands as much!! I’m sure my kids will understand…he also said my nails were too weak and they wouldn’t usually do a gel. If that’s the case - why did your colleague carry out the service without any issues?? A day later and my nail has chipped again.It’s a shame - the salon seems clean and tidy, they are very reasonably priced - but I suppose I know why now! By all means give them a try but just don’t expect your manicure to last very long

Writing on behalf of my partner who went to have her toe nails done. Poor customer service, no client conversation, quality of work poor (see photos), service felt rushed. Appointment started late and none of the technicians spoke to her. Equipment was poorly maintained, rusty on nail clippers. Would only accept cash or bank transfers which is poor considering many location offer touch-less pay. Also if something is wrong, unable to claim back as no receipts given. No place to hang coats. Generally a very poor establishment. Would not recommend.

For Cece you just can’t fault them on their quality of work. They’re really good with what they deliver. However, they seriously need to work on their softer skills and don’t discuss clients amongst themselves. It’s not okay!!If they make you wait for booked appointment 20-30 minutes or more then customer should expect that to be reasonable.There’s no value of customer’s time.However, if the customer is late by a couple of minutes they ensure to point that out.At times they prioritise walk ins over people with appointments.There’s also lack of flexibility.

I've been coming here for some time now. I always have biab as less harsh on your nails and don't snap if caught like acrylic. I am quite harsh on my hands throughout the day (Water, cleaning products, scours) but still want my hands to look lovely when out or not at work. All the staff are great and do such a great job. Highly recommend.

Great service! All staff are very friendly. The salon is pretty busy so would recommend to book an appointment. My favourite salon in Tunbridge Wells so far.

i loved my nails they were exactly what i asked for, but nail appointment started late and a majority of the workers were rude and nail tech i had was rough. not a very relaxing or enjoyable experience
