A big thanks to the medical team and administrative staff for being there and supporting me through my most difficult time and for helping me to understand myself better. Before I made my choice, I compared reviews of other hospitals and HSMH had shorter waiting times and more reasonable charges. Once I started my treatment, I was very grateful and shocked at how quickly the whole team worked and supported me, and I could feel that every effort was being made to save me money, which is very important for self-funded treatment. The team did everything they could to help me get emergency travel prescriptions and certificates before I travelled, even at weekends, which I really appreciated and was touched by.

Really good service. The pre-assessment forms were extensive and detailed, as was the assessment itself. I got booked in within a matter of days, and the prescription arrived at my local pharmacy within one day of being sent. Dr Rafiq was great and went into so much detail about the medication, and what to expect from that point onwards. The post-assessment report is also highly detailed and covers absolutely everything we discussed. Couldn't recommend enough. 10/10.

I am somewhat a difficult case because I have gut health issues which affect absorption of different medicines. Dr Chris was hugely helpful on a call and went above and beyond to figure out and also explain directly to me how multiple different medicines were absorbed and try to work out the best one for me. The call took almost an hour and was meant to just be a 15min titration appointment. As someone who is wary of medications, and likes to know the ins and outs of everything before I am comfortable, this was so much appreciated, and I feel after this call that I am in very good care.

I highly recommend Dr Hossein Rostamipour. He is a very caring and empathetic doctor. I think Dr Rostamipour is one of the best private ADHD doctors in London.

I can’t thank Harley Street Mental Health and Dr Rafiq enough!I had an Adult ADHD assessment with Dr Irfan Rafiq, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Dr Rafiq gave me the time to fully explain my experience, I never felt like I was being rushed, and I was so grateful to be speaking to such an understanding and professional Dr. The paperwork that has to be completed prior to the appointment is comprehensive, but not overly taxing, so as someone who struggles to complete paperwork - I found it extremely intuitive and easy to complete.You are guided every step of the way throughout the process, and every question you have is answered. I was able to book my assessment within a few days if deciding to go ahead with Harley Street Mental Health. Once my assessment was completed, within two days I had all the associated paperwork and report sent to me, and was able to start treatment.Again, I can’t recommend Dr Rafiq enough, his empathy and understanding is incredible, and his calm and patient demeanour puts you at ease straight away. If you are able to seek a private assessment for ADHD - I would definitely say this is the practice to use!Thankyou guys so much

I had an assessment with Dr rafiq on the 08.08.23. He was very professional, easy to talk to and asked a lot of in depth questions about my childhood and adult life.Included in my diagnosis is a list of Dr Rafiq's qualifications in mental health and I trust his decision 100%.The assessment was approx 90 minutes long. I had an email within a few days with my diagnosis.In regards to the BBC documentary this has obviously impacted people's decision on using this company even my own but I took a chance and I'm happy. Yes its costly but if you truly believe you have ADHD and can afford the appointment and feel you can't wait 6+ years for the NHS then I wouldn't hesitate.Recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Rostamipour. He has a naturally calm demeanour which immediately put me at ease during the consultation. He diagnosed me with ADHD and talked me through all the options available. He is empathetic and very knowledgeable and made me feel both understood and optimistic about the future. Since working through my treatment plan I have not looked back. His follow ups have also been very supportive and helpful. It’s been life changing and I cannot thank him enough.
