took my car for an MOT here, they phoned and said it needed a new tyre to pass, in which they took it to the tyre place/car wash next door, they put a 2012 winter tyre on. having done some research and visiting another garage i was told it’s unsafe to drive a tyre this old and they don’t even make them anymore!! we returned to the original tyre place, where they refused to give us a different tyre or refund the money for the unsafe tyre. this should not have been allowed by the garage and the lack of refund is completely unprofessional.

Such a brilliant service. They don't mess around! I needed my broken drive shaft replacing and the engine re-mounting. Other garages I called gave me a turnaround of 2-3 weeks, but when I took it to Brighton MOT Centre, I received a call 2 hours after and it was already finished and ready to collect! Will definitely use again in the future.

Great local garage, i had my MOT and full service plus a problematic sensor problem all done with no problems and at a reasonable cost. I waisted my time and money at another garage of which did not measure up at all in diagnosis and commiting themselves to a thorough investigation into this sensor problem. As local garages go they will be my first port of call.Many thanks.

Booked in via website yesterday when a warning light came on in our car. Was then turned away this morning stating it was not enough notice to book - what's more were very rude about it despite the fact that their website had let us book a slot and was their error. I had not booked a space at work to park my car thinking it would be in the garage and this left me driving around town missing an appointment with a client. Also in my haste ended up in a bus lane and now awaiting a fine. Not a great way to treat any customers let alone regulars.
