Not easy to negotiate as the area where this is situated is somewhat cramped. Be careful and watch out for signage. I used this Instavolt charger and then got fined for inappropriate use of the car park!... Made for an unhappy experience.

Slow charge, and then fined after the fact, for not getting a ticket. No warning to indicate a ticket was needed. Euro Car Parks have no line to call to dispute this, and writing to them takes 30 days for a response, by which time the fine is increased. Paid up and lesson learnt.Avoid.

I’ve used these chargers before and they are some of the most awkward to plug in. However, today the car reader was broken. The touch screen is broken so you can’t accept the £30 hold on your card so you can’t start the charge.

Not a bad experience at all, apart from charging a standard parking fee? Would be nice to have a small discount or different charge for EV owners. But overall very good location.

Avoid this charging point unless you are desperate.Not well signposted, difficult to find and even more difficult to access. The chargers are placed at an awkward angle making it very difficult to connect. The charging is very expensive !After reading the reviews now I have realised that I had to pay for parking! This is not obvious at the location.Not a good experience at all

The charging station is in a pay to park car park next to Iceland (not owned by them) which wasn’t working….notices saying that hefty fines due if not paid for - so we left without charging, just after a successful connection!

Charged without problem, 1 month later received parking fine. Chargers should have clear notice that additional parking must be paid for.

Be aware you have to pay for paring whilst using the charger £1.20 for an hour and also only got 35kw output on charger not 100kw which the car is able to take? (120kw charger)

Horrible parking meter didn't let me put in full number plate and I have a horrible feeling I'm going to get a parking charge notice as a consequence. Instructions on outside of charger don't match order of on screen instructions. App failed had to use card, took an age to connect to car. Charged at 63KW for about 30 secs before falling back to 50KW on ioniq 5..... As predicted fine now arrived also within seconds of posting charge fell to to around 30KW. Will never ever use this brand or site again, or for that matter shop at Iceland where it was situated either. Avoid like the plague.
