So I was dreading our kitchen renovation. As stress levels go, it was up there with moving house and building an extension.My husband and I wanted to minimise this by using a kitchen company that “did it all”.Ream was recommended to us by a friend. We’d seen lots of other kitchen suppliers, and all involved designing the kitchen primarily by ourselves and then hiring a fitter. Daunting. We were unsure what to expect when we visited the Gillingham showroom but we were put at ease straight away. The showroom is stunning and the staff were fantastic.Our designer, Paul, put together a design that understood our needs and wishes. We’d had ideas of where things should go but Paul’s experience was what shone through here. We were grateful for his help, I don’t think we could have come up with a kitchen design as good.The installation phase could not have gone better. Everyone involved was friendly and highly skilled at their job. Special mention to Russell for managing the installation process, and Nik for installing the kitchen perfectly. Even when there were a couple of blips due to myself and my husband deciding to change cupboards to better suit our needs, the team moved very quickly to discuss, sort, deliver and fit the new cupboards within a very short space of time. Very impressive!My family now has a beautifully fitted kitchen to enjoy, thanks to Ream :)

We have been delighted with the service from Ream. For our kitchen we had a home visit to state our requirements and listen to the helpful advice and suggestions. Then back to their showrooms to see a projected model and tweak here and there. The installation went extremely well and any issues were dealt with promptly. They were anxious to provide a friendly and highly professional service and were first to contact us if there was a staff issue.

Would 100% recommend the team at Ream. The service, patience and customer care from start to finish was excellent.We were in need on updating our kitchen including some building work to create and open plan design.For our kitchen project, we visited quite a few providers (if you are looking I am sure you may know them) and even from the initial consultation they were a clear favourite of ours.We wanted someone to do ALL the work from start to finish with a blank canvas as was not completely sure of what we wanted but during the numerous meetings (again thanks to Lara and the teams patience) we ended up with a fantastic result.The build stage was trouble-free as was the fitting and other tradesmen used on their approved list.Yes, I am sure you may find a possibly more 'price-economical' quotes but as the opening line states I would fully recommend and they were also far from the most expensive.In addition on a slight side note, the after sales has also proved to be very good as did not end after we settled payment and would advise anyone to attend the Live Cooking events which they hold at their site in Gillingham showroom.

Lara was extremely pleasant to speak to when visiting Ream,She took the time to go through the types of things that they can do.Unfortunately, I don’t have the budget for the kitchen that I would like, however, she gave me really good advice on how to do things on a cheap budget. I couldn’t believe that I’ve got some really good advice from her. And instead of my visit, feeling like a waste of time, she made me feel like I had gathered more information and confidence to proceed in my future plans for my kitchen.Thank you so much Lara for your help

Our experience was positive from beginning to end with Ream. Lara, the kitchen designer, placed our needs and wishes at the centre of her thinking, yet managed to come up with ideas that distinguished Ream from other companies. Advice was wide ranging and there were a series of consultations. The kitchen itself was well made and delivered exactly when arranged.

From the very first visit to their showroom it was obvious to me that Ream’s standards were far above anything I had previously seen. Throughout the very long gestation period from that initial visit to the final, glorious new kitchen I am now enjoying, I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff who have helped in bringing my vision to fruition. Lara, of course, deserves the lion’s share of the praise; for patience (and she has needed a lot of that) but also for interpreting my ideas with cleverness and ingenuity, and also steering me gently in directions I might not have thought of. Once the planning was all finalised the actual fitting went like a dream. Thank you Steve. The build quality is very good.I have been extremely pleased to support a local business offering such a level of excellence in products and services and I would unhesitatingly recommend Ream to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Thanks very much to Lara and the team at Ream for the excellent job they did on remodelling our kitchen and dining room. The standard of workmanship, especially the kitchen fitters and plumbers was exemplory. Whilst not the cheapest quote we received the workmanship and quality of materials definitely shows and I would recommend Ream to anyone considering a change no matter how big or small.

We had our kitchen designed and installed by Ream at the beginning of 2022. Paul Brooks did a lovely job of designing what we needed and making a few helpful suggestions. We’ve now lived with it for more than a year and are still very pleased with the results.Only a few minor criticisms. The plinth heater couldn’t be fitted where Paul had planned so they put it under the sink unit, this means burnt toes if you aren’t careful!The Quooker tap is great but I was shocked at the replacement filter costs, I’ve since found out that the filter system is being upgraded and will cost several hundred for the upgrade.In summary you do get what you pay for, I’m sure the kitchen will last for many rears to come.

I had the best experience with Ream nothing was too much trouble from start to finish! I highly recommended Ream if you want a quality kitchen! Helen was my designer and she did the most amazing job!!! I absolutely love my new kitchen it’s so stunning! Thank you so much Helen and everyone at Ream for designing and making my beautiful new kitchen!
