We visited the Exeter store last week and they had an event on with face painting and music, my kids already love the store with the variety of toys but now ask to go back daily.Staff were helpful and friendly, it’s our go to toy store.

Another great smiths toys outlet. The design layout of all the toys is really cool and the kids think it’s spectacular. Always lots to choose from and good value. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable of where products are when trying to explain.

Huge toy store with lots of stock. All the best brands and lots to choose from. Standard retail prices, but sometimes there are offers available. They do price match, but check the website for more details.Ample free parking and easy to get to.

Me (and my kids!) love this store. It is always buzzing and the staff are always approachable, when ever i have needed help i have always received it with a smile and willingness. It can get busy but they make a good job at re directing people to a till they have just opened. We happened to come a few times unexpectedly without knowing that they have had a special event on with entertainment and fun things for the kids to do, so always pleasantly surprised at the effort they go. One person that stood out as being memorable was Matt Martin He particularly made a special effort to make our experience personable and he was so friendly and smily to our children, it made our day!

Tried calling the number on the website no one answered spent over 1 hour trying. Plus there free parking is not free. No one want to help even if you spend £300 at the moment the have contact me back via Facebook so will wait and see added a star for now

Done my baby shop here yesterday. Tracy (I think that was her name) immediately checked in and helped me out with everything I needed to get. All the staff were great even carrying heavy stuff to my car!

Comprehensive selection of toys well laid out easy to find thi GS but staff are on hand to help locate products. They are helpful polite and very knowledgeable would recommend. The shop is very busy but staff are calm and nothing is too much trouble I was very impressed. The last time I was in a toy shop it was toys r us and this shop offers so much more. Prices competitive

Went into Smyths toys Exeter this morning, looking for a travel cot for my granddaughter. I was approached by a sales assistant who was so helpful. She talked me through a few options and talked to me about how to assemble the travel cot. She was very knowledgeable and a credit to the store.
