We used James Perry Estate Agents to sell two properties for us. We were a bit wary as we were in Sittingbourne and James Perry were established on Sheppey. Craig from James Perry came round and valued both properties at a realistic but higher valuation than other more established estate agents. Both properties were on the market and on Zoopla and Rightmove within a day of taking measurements and photos. The properties both sold quickly with offers accepted near the asking price.
